Early registration opens on September 15, 2017 (AoE Timezone) and closes on November 19, 2017 (AoE Timezone). After that the late fee will be charged.
The participation fee for includes the following: program booklet, a participants list, all sessions, tutorial days, opening reception, lunches (except on Wednesday), coffee & tea breaks, poster sessions and industry exhibit. The conference dinner is not included in the participation fee.

Liability
The Organising Committee cannot accept any responsibility for personal accidents or damage to private property of the participants. Participants are advised to take out insurance, as they consider necessary. The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the conference be hindered or prevented by unforeseen political or economic events or by force majeure, or should non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate program changes. With his/her registration the participant accepts this proviso.
