The international annual Quantum Information Processing (QIP) series is the premier meeting for theoretical quantum information research. Since 1998, the conference has featured breakthroughs by the leaders in the disciplines of computing, cryptography, information theory, mathematics and physics. The scientific objective of the series is to gather the theoretical quantum information community to present and discuss the latest groundbreaking work in the field.

QIP 2018 is the twenty-first international conference on theoretical aspects of quantum computing, quantum cryptography, and quantum information in a series that started in Aarhus in 1998 and was last held in 2017 in Seattle, Washington.

Hosted by QuTech at Delft University of Technology in the Aula Conference Centre, QIP 2018 will feature a tutorial program, plenary talks, contributed talks, and a poster session. Details will be updated as additional information becomes available. So stay tuned!

QIP 2019, from January 14 -18, will be hosted by University of Colorado Boulder

• Tutorials: January 13 – 14, 2018 at the TU Delft, Aula Conference Centre
• Conference: January 15 – 19, 2018 at the TU Delft, Aula Conference Centre

• Notifications for both posters and talks: Sunday November 5, 2017
