Table of QIP2015 Registration Fees
Remarks:
1) All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% goods and services tax (GST);
2) The registration fees do not include bank charges;
3) All registration deadlines are 23:59 in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST);
4) Advanced Researchers are encouraged to voluntarily pay slightly higher registration fees in order to help with the provision of additional student travel grants. Note that a limited number of student and postdoc travel grants have been budgeted for QIP2015, details to be provided shortly.
5) (updated on 6 Jan 2015) Online registration and payment via credit card will remain open until 16 Jan 2015, and On-Site rates will be applied. You can choose to pay at the venue by cash or debit card. However, we strongly recommend you register online as early as possible to avoid significant delay for the registration process at the venue and to ensure that we can make proper name-badges for you in advance.
All registration payment should be processed through the online payment system. Please have your credit card ready (Visa or MasterCard only) and click the following button to complete your online payment.
Substitution/Cancellation Policy
In case a registered attendee is unable to attend the conference, s/he may send a substitute to attend the conference. In this case, we require the attendee to inform the conference coordinator before January 1, 2015.
Cancellation request must be made to the conference coordinator (qip2015@quantum-lab.org) in writing.
Before October 31, 2014, refunds can be issued subject to 20% administration fee.
During November 1-30, 2014, 50% refunds of the registration fee can be issued.
After December 1, 2014, no refunds will be made for cancellation.
Please note that the day we receive your notice will be considered as the day of your cancellation, and all refunds will be made after the conference. Bank charges for cancellation refunds will be the responsibility of attendees.
