Due to the very large number of registrations, on-site registration will not be possible in 2023.
As stated in our refund policy, we can no longer issue refunds.
The costs are:
Early bird (Until 23:59:59 Dec 1 CET):
Early bird (Extended until 23:59:59 Dec 15 CET!): Regular attendees : 575€ Students: 475€ Regular (Until 23:59:59 Dec 31 CET): Regular attendees : 775€ Students: 675€
The above include access to tutorials, main conference, dinner, sandwich lunch Mon-Fri, rump session.
On site registration (no access to social program, subject to availability): Regular attendees : 850€ Students: 750€
The above includes access to tutorials, main conference. Access to social events is not possible.
Reimbursement policy:
Refunds during 2022 will incur a €50. No refunds will be processed if requested after January 01, 2023.
