The Gala Dinner this year will take place at Pazo Los Escudos.

Please don’t worry about the distance from the city center, as a series of buses will transport us there and back. The buses will depart at 19:30 from the location indicated below.

The afternoon of wednesday will consist of two possible afternoon activities.

LAB TOUR

If you signed up for the lab tour, the bus will depart from the location indicated below (Rua Areal, towards the intersection with Rua Colón). The bus will leave at 15:30 and the trip to the lab will take 25 minutes. Once the lab tour is finished, the bus will bring us back to the city center.

On Monday evening at 7:00 PM, Professor Antonio Acín will give a public lecture titled ‘‘Ordenadores y criptografía cuántica: ¿qué pasa cuando los bits se vuelven cuánticos?’’ (‘‘Quantum Computers and Cryptography: What Happens When Bits Become Quantum?’’). The lecture is open to everyone, including conference participants and the general public!

The event will take place at the García Barbón Theatre, just a few meters from the conference venue. (The location of the theatre is provided below.)
