The conference registration includes:
- Access to all scientific sessions: January 13-14 (Tutorials) - January 15-19 (Conference), 2024
- Entrance to Conference Dinner: January 17, 2024
How to Register:
- Students are kindly asked to upload the proofs of their student status, e.g., a valid student ID card.
- Registration is only valid upon receipt of full payment.
- Payment must be made in NT Dollars (The exchange rate is approximately NT$30 for US$1). Participants can pay by credit card (Only Visa, Master JCB and Union Pay international credit cards are accepted).
Invitation Letter for VISA Application:
- An invitation letter can be requested during the online registration process. Invitation letters will only be issued for fully registered conference delegates (full payment of the registration fees is required).
If you make the payment failed:
- Most error message we receive is 3D Secure Validation Failed.
The possible reasons are: - A 3D Secure authentication error can be caused by anything from a mistyped card number to an incorrect expiration date.
- You have a pop-up blocker installed on your browser or device that prevents the additional 3D Secure page from opening.
- You are overseas and your bank sends a Netcode SMS, but you are not using the same phone number.
- Your bank is not currently enrolled in the 3D Secure verification program, or your card does not support international and online payments.
- If you receive this error, simply try the payment again from a different browser or use a different card.
- If the problem persists, please contact your bank or card issuer to confirm the 3D Secure verification program with that bank and inform them of the situation.
- If you try too many times, your credit card may be blocked by your bank to protect your account. We would normally recommend that you do not try to pay more than twice with the same card.
- Please note that before contacting your bank, please do not try to make consecutive payments with the same credit card.
On-site Registration:
- The deadline for Regular Registration is 23:59, December 29, 2023 (GMT+8). All registration and payment received after this date will be considered as Onsite Registration and processed on-site.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Registration cancellations will be accommodated until the deadline of December 11, 2023 (GMT+8) by writing to the QIP Local Organizing Committee. An administration fee of NTD 1,500 will be deducted from the refund. Cancellations made on or after December 12, 2023 (GMT+8) will not be eligible for a refund.All refunds will be processed after the conference has concluded.
